Tips: How to Get Calm in the State of Tension


Today our life is full of tension and all the time we try to get rid of but this is after us. Yes we do all the things for our pleasure and happiness but at the end there is something we get for sure and that is tension.

 There are number of things which could be done to get rid of tension. Even some people have to suffer their health due to tension, so it is needed to be far enough from this. I will not say that I have not any kind of tension but the good thing I have learned how to be far from this as much as possible. There is everything in you that you could get rid of this and I am sure that you want to get rid of this at all. I would like to share some tips with you here, which would help you somewhat to get rid of.

• When you are tensed, give yourself five minutes only, sit and close your eyes. Think deeply, if your tension could help you out, and if the answer is yes and then definitely continue with this. Obviously in most cases your answer will be a big NO.
 • Now as you have the answer as No and you have only 5 minutes to get rid of, go have a full glass of cold water slowly. You will feel better.
 • Now as you are feeling better, take out more 15 minutes and do whatever you like most, you must be liked music, so listen some good song for 15 minutes and forget everything.
 • Now as you are feeling light, so this is a good time to find out the solution or to work for solution which caused the tension. And if there is no solution, is it justified to carry on with tension. If no solution, then carry on with songs rather than tension.
 • The ultimate aim of life is to be happy, and if you can make your time good, then that is your achievement.
