How to Get Your Copied Content History In Windows

There are many cases when we need to copy multiple time multiple contents and paste them at multiple places. But we need to copy each of them every time before pasting them at some place. This becomes very frustrating some time that we don’t want to even do this easy exercise of copy and paste and some time due to confusion we could do mistakes also while pasting. Also there is a case when we have copied some content from a webpage or some other place and close the website and then again copied some other content. Unfortunately we will lose that data which we had copied from a webpage. In that case we need to go to that page again and browse it and then again do the similar exercise.

Today I have come here with a solution of this kind of problem. Think if you need to copy once only any content and after that you could get the history of your clipboard and then you can easily paste at any location.

Yes there are some solutions. As far as I know there is no direct solution for this but some third party applications are available for you which can make your work easier. I would like to share this with you here the name and use of them. Those are described ahead.

Clipdiary- This stores every piece of information that was copied to the clipboard including text, images or any other file. Clipdiary automatically loads upon Windows startup and maintains a database to store the history of all copied items. But this is a shareware with a evaluation period of 30 days only.

ClipMagic- this is also a good tool with some advance features more than clipdiary like hotkeys, categorization, filters etc.

Ditto- The best thing is that it is a freeware and you can use this for free. This keeps track of all the windows copied items and you can use this in many ways. You can assign hotkeys, search, organize and also support unicodes. This is one of the best clipboard tools.

Hope this article will be helpful for you.
